Want to know how your computer works? What is the the best way to do a task? What FREE (and of course TRUSTED) programs do the pro's use to get that job done faster?

All this and more will be covered in general computer training. We will provide you with a booklet explaining the most common tasks in step by step detail (coming soon).

If there is something that you would like to know how to do but it is not covered in the booklet, please don't hesitate to ask the trainer.

(Please note: There are some things which we will not show you how to do, this may be due to legal or ethical reasons - DVD copying is one example of this. If you are not sure, ask - the least you will get is an explanation as to why we can not show you.)

Windows Vista is the latest generation of the popular Microsoft Windows operating systems, and it is completely different to all the others previously!

We have created two different courses to enable you to get up to speed with Windows Vista:

1. If you are new to computers and have not used Windows XP, then this is the option for you. We will provide you with a getting started booklet (coming soon), and introduce you to Windows Vista.

2. If you have used computers before and just need a quick update to your knowledge, then this will be for you. Covered in this course will be:

• Internet Explorer 7
• Getting as much out of Vista as you did in XP
• Tips and tricks
• Security and keeping your system up to date

Although Windows 2000 and XP have been around for some years now, you may find yourself wanting to know more about it and how to get more out of it without spending precious time trying to find out how. This couse will teach you the basic and advanced techniques of Windows XP or 2000, as well as giving you valuable resources to help find solutions to your problems.
